Nine students from the Dallas Can Academy Oak Cliff campus were treated to lunch by their principal for achieving perfect attendance for the month of August.  School started on August 17 for the charter high school and these students started the year off right by being in class every day.

Principal Rivas treated them to Torta Las Tortugas for lunch and personally thanked them for their commitment to coming to school and participating daily.  The perfect attendance lunch is something the students strive for every month and look forward to.
