The cold weather did not stop the Bishop Lynch High School Men and Women's Golf Teams from each capturing FIRST PLACE in the David Post Memorial Golf Tournament this afternoon at Firewheel - Lakes Course! The tournament was in honor of long time BL Golf coach David Post, who passed away this summer after a brave battle with cancer.

Top BL men finishers in the tournament were:
1st Place - Jamie Ruengmateekhun
2nd Place - Trevor Burton
3rd Place - Jack Navin
5th Place - Ryan Stansbury
6th Place - Parker Arnspiger

Imran Blackall finished 4th overall in the JV division

Top BL women finishers in the tournament, sweeping 1st - 5th place were:
1st Place - Kristen Kaplan
2nd Place - Carina Villerreal
3rd Place - Lillie Frazier
4th Place - Sophie Bartlett
5th Place - Mary Beth Hasty

Mr. Post would be SO VERY PROUD of BOTH of these teams' accomplishments!!! Well done, Friars!!
