Bishop Dunne Student Body President Katy Price and Senior Class Treasurer Cameron Maxwell took time out of their busy class schedule Monday to attend and greet the guests at the 3rd Annual Bishop Kevin Farrell Golf Tournament held at the Four Seasons Golf Resort in Las Colinas. In its first two years, the event grossed more than $1,000,000, which has allowed the Diocese of Dallas to provide immediate tuition assistance to more than 550 students.

Co-chairs of the event, Vicky and Doug Lattner, joined the Bishop and over 200 golfers at the event on Monday in an effort to raise even more funds for tuition assistance to support students throughout the Dallas Diocese.

Today is North Texas Giving Day, sponsored by the Communities Foundation of Dallas. Donations made to your favorite charity today will be worth more: your donation will be matched up to a certain percentage, and there is an extra $5,000 to be given to the charity with the largest jump in individual donations this year.

To give to Bishop Dunne today on North Texas Giving Day, click here to make a donation; the event ends at midnight. Or, you can contact Lydia Torrez at 214-399-6561 ex. 297 to make a donation to Bishop Dunne.
