Dallas County Council of Republican Women will host a POWER Pep Rally on September 6 at Royal Oaks Country Club with TV and radio personality Suzie Humphreys serving as emcee for the event.
POWER is acronym for Power of Women to Elect Republicans. The bi-annual POWER Pep Rally will build momentum for Republican voter support at the November elections. Proceeds of the event will benefit campaigns of Republican candidates.
Special guest speakers are The Honorable Kay Granger, U. S. Representative, 12th District of Texas and The Honorable Marsha Blackburn, U. S. Representative, 7th District of Tennessee.
The luncheon will be the destination for Republican officials and Republican candidates for the November election. Other speakers include Mrs. Greg Abbott, wife of Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott; Amy Clark, Vice Chairman, Republican Party of Texas; and Wade Emmert, Chairman of Dallas County Republican Party.
Vickie Goode is President of DCCRW and Brenda Gaustad is the Event Chair.
The event will be at Royal Oaks Country Club located at 7915 Greenville Avenue. The morning begins with a POWER Market of local vendors with jewelry, books and other boutique items. The event registration and a shopping market will be open from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. The luncheon and POWER Rally will begin at 11:00 a.m.
