My path did not lead me straight to real estate; real estate was rather a discovery. I have a CPA background and spent many years in a big Fortune 500 company doing competitive market analysis for pricing, among many other business roles on a global scale. The business experience was invaluable. My market analysis is in depth and insightful with a keen understanding of the current market. My business attributes are assets in both pricing and negotiation. Buying is an emotional decision. Real estate lets my creativity flow. I have a knack for knowing what sells a house, through attention to details, effective presentation and marketing. For me, experience and customer service go hand in hand.
