 neness with self. The Gong is one of the oldest instruments in the world &
  all sounds of creation are contained within the Symphonic gong\, reaching
  all frequencies and all chakras. Listeners can benefit in numerous ways\,
  including stilling the mind and strengthening the nervous system to effec
 tively deal with daily\, stressful challenges. Just lay back\, breathe and
  see how easy DEEP relaxation can be as you release that which no longer s

 : Please arrive early. It’s best to arrive 15-20 minutes early to check-in
  and get settled\, so we may begin on time\, uninterrupted. Once the event
  has begun\, the doors will be shut to avoid disruption. You will receive
  more benefit laying down during a gong meditation\, so bring anything you
  like to help make yourself comfortable (yoga mat\, blankets\, pillows\, e
 ye covering etc.) while on the floor. Wear loose\, comfortable clothing. I
