We are extremely fortunate to have the Dallas Symphony Orchestra select Kidd Springs Park as part of their Parks Concert Series for a 9th year in a row Wednesday June 14th in Kidd Springs Park located at 711 West Canty Street, Dallas 75208. THANK YOU DSO!
Every year, our primary goal with our Kidd Springs Central Concert Festival, is to increase attendance. This year's goal is to break 3,000 in attendance. Please help us get the word out. We try to make it easy as possible for you to pack a picnic, get to the park early (to find your seats) and have things to do while we wait for the internationally renowned DSO to perform a free concert for our community. Azucar, Down to Earth, Easy Sliders Texas, Jack's Chow Hound, Snowie Naturals, The Gourmet Bread Pudding and B.A.D. Goodies kettle corn will be onsite for food and beverage purchase.
Concert Festival starts at 6 p.m. This year's pre-concert entertainment is Lisa Markley and Bruce Balmer at 7:15 p.m. This year's Lady Bug Sprinkle will be at 7 p.m. in our Butterfly Garden. We have more than 12,000 lady bugs to release. The DSO performs at 8:15 p.m.
Thank you Dallas Police Department - Southwest Division, Scruff McGruff and Dallas Fire & Rescue for your participation. Thank you Alamo Manhattan Properties, Bike Friendly Oak Cliff, CocoAndré Chocolatier, Good Space and the Kidd Springs Recreation Center for your support of this year's KSC Concert Festival.
Love where you live.
