Dallas Park and Recreation and Mayor Pro Tem Carolyn King Arnold are bringing the Christmas spirit to Kiest Park on Saturday, December 9 from 4 - 8 p.m. with a magical holiday festival! There’ll be carnival rides and inflatables for kids of all ages, a hot chocolate station to keep festivalgoers warm, and photos with Santa for the whole family.
