Need a little help when it comes to throwing a few shrimp on the barbie? Chef Jeff Moschetti of Jasper's can help.

Moschetti's class, dubbed "Backyard Grilling," will launch the summer 2012 cooking class offering at the Dallas Farmers Market July 14. 

Other classes include: 

Mark McDaniel of ReMARKable Affairs Cafe leads a class called "The Thrill of the Grill" on July 21.

Scott Gottlich of Bijoux Restaurant will teach a class on "Summer Bistro Cooking" on Aug. 4.

Gerard Thompson of Rough Creek Lodge Restaurant will lead a course themed "Rough Creek Comes to the Market" on Aug. 11.

Jay Jerrier of Deep Ellum's Neapolitan Pizzaria Il Cane Rosso will share his pizza secrets in "Il Cane Rosso Cooking" on Aug. 18.

All classes start at 11:30 a.m. and last until 1 p.m. If you secure your spot by the Thursday before the class, the cost is $25. Prices on the day of the class are $30, and doors open at 11.
