Hughes Family Tribute Center announces the Caregiver Award in recognition of the compassionate and devoted care offered to so many people among us. A Caregiver of the Month will be recognized each month and each one will be eligible for the Caregiver of the Year Award announced in December of each year at an Awards Banquet.
“I know from personal experience how much difference a compassionate and devoted caregiver can make in a person’s life,” says Stephanie Hughes, co-owner of Hughes Family Tribute Center. “We decided to establish this award to recognize people who do so much through service to people with no expectations of recognition.”
Caregivers will be recognized on the Hughes Family Tribute Center Facebook page and the Caregiver of the Year will receive a gift certificate.
Caregivers may be nominated by a family member or an organization and may include both paid and volunteer caregivers. Nominations made be made by sending a one-page letter to info@hughesftc.com. Awards will be announced on the third Wednesday of each month. For 2017, the schedule is:
