The little brewing company that could has hit a couple of snags that will delay its opening. According to Four Corners Brewing's Facebook page, the Singleton Avenue brewery was expected to open on Labor Day but has had to postpone the occasion until an unspecified date.
"But fear not we are only a few weeks away from putting all our shiny equipment to good use," Four Corners said. "Just because we're not fully operational doesn't mean you can't swing by to check out the progress."
You can also swing by tomorrow to donate materials for a chicken coop brewery owners are building on the premesis, which will go great with the gigantic rooster painted on the side of the metal building. As far as materials go, George is asking for old fence panels, aluminum siding, old signs — pretty much anything that you have hanging out in your garage that could make for construction materials.
