Taboo Tattoo, a longtime Deep Ellum mainstay is needling its way into the Bishop Arts District. The new tattoo and piercing studio will take up residence in the spot where The Shop in Oak Cliff, a skate shop, was once located at 322 W. Davis St.

According to The Shop's website, May 1 was the final day at the skate store where owners had built a vert ramp for customers to use, and the store would be set up in their new digs come June. Attempts to contact the owners went unanswered.

As for Taboo Tattoo, the skin artists will be just down the street from Saints and Sinners Tattoo, which is next to the tattoo-themed hair salon Studio 410.
