The Kidd Springs Neighborhood Association is hosting an affordable spay and neuter clinic for cats and dogs on Oct. 21 at Iglesia Presbiteriana Emmanuel, located at 901 N. Zang Blvd.

At the clinic, you can get a spay or neuter surgery, pain medications and a rabies vaccination all for only $20 per dog and $10 per cat.
