The Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts has invited author Willis Winters to speak about the architecture of Fair Park during the second of the 2011 Fall Salon Series from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Nov. 10 at Turner House located at 401 N. Rosemont Ave.

Winters, who is the assistant director for the Dallas Park and Recreation Department, has worked on revitalizing Fair Park since 1993, including restoring the park's structures and maintaining the public artwork. He has also co-authored five books about Dallas architectural history.

Tickets to the event cost $15 for general admission and $10 for OCSFA members and can be purchased at www.turnerhouse.org.
