Gardeners: Repotted is celebrating its one-year anniversary on Saturday, Oct. 1.  In honor of the occasion, Repotted will host a family friendly event featuring a gardening class, beekeeping presentation, petting zoo and pumpkin painting.

Repotted will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and most of the festivities will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., though the pumpkin patch will be open all day.

At 11 a.m., Oak Cliff Organics will provide an organic vegetable gardening class, and at noon, the Texas Honeybee Guild will give a presentation that includes an observation hive and honey for purchase.

A petting zoo and pumpkin painting session with local business Oil and Cotton will also be open from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., so be sure to bring your little ones along to the anniversary party.

Urban Acres will also be at the event, so come out to meet neighborhood businesses and celebrate Repotted’s one-year anniversary.
