Kidd Springs Central community group invites you to join us Tuesday June 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the Kidd Springs Recreation Center for a special meeting on three projects going on in North Oak Cliff.

First — the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce President Bob Stimson will address us on their plans to move the Chambers headquarters to Bishop Avenue.

Second — PSW Real Estate will give a short presentation on the new exciting development planned for 901 Cedar Hill Avenue at the corner of Cedar Hill and Van Buren (right next to Kidd Springs Park). Come and be the first to hear about this new development. "901 Cedar Hill Avenue Community consists of ~44 single family homes with 3-4 bedrooms/2.5-3 baths, 1600-2400 square feet. Homes from the $300,000s will be available for move-in spring 2014."

Third — CityDesign Studio will present an update on the West Davis Corridor. Here’s some background on the project:

"Background: Funding through the 2012 bond ($979,000) and Davis Garden TIF is available to make improvements along the W. Davis corridor. The CityDesign Studio, an office of the City of Dallas, would like to meet with local stakeholders to understand the priorities for the allocation of funding for W. Davis streetscape enhancements from Montclair to Beckley Avenue. Participation in this process will help guide the design direction of W. Davis corridor enhancements.
