2019 Oak Cliff Earth Day Registration

Oak Cliff Earth Day is currently accepting registration for Vendors for the 2019 event.
Each participating vendor will be provided a 10’ x 10’ booth space, 1 table, & 2 chairs. Any other supplies such as tents/shade structures, additional chairs or tables, are the responsibility of the participant. All registration is on a first come first served basis.
Booth location assignment will be done by OCED organizers. Event sponsors are given preference for booth location assignment.
Registration will be accepted through March 19 after which time a $25.00 late fee will be included.
Food Vendors: Only Food Trucks will be accepted. Artisans will be merged with the other vendors to provide them with more visibility.
Reminder: due to Oak Cliff Earth Day's 501(c)3 status, campaigning and other political activities are not permitted at the event.
Fee rates will include 1 table & 2 chairs:
Nonprofits: $30.00
(includes 1 booth, 1 table, 2 chairs)
Profits: $55.00
(includes 1 booth, 1 table, 2 chairs)
Food Trucks: $85.00
(includes parking space for truck; tables & chairs will be available for diners to use)

· Scroll down to the bottom of page & fill out the Registration information & submit. A pop-up window will confirm information sent. You should receive a confirmation email in a few days.
· If paying by check, please make payable to “Memnosyne Institute”, include “for OCED” in the Memo field & mail to the “Maple Ave” address on the website.
· If paying by CC/paypal, please complete that portion of the registration, located just below the registration info.
