Jenni Stolarski is working hard to raise the money for this Saturday's tree planting, and Eno's Pizza has a tasty way for folks to help.
Bishop Arts District eatery Eno's Pizza is hosting a fundraiser tonight for ReTree Oak Cliff, a grassroots effort to plant 4,000 trees in Oak Cliff by 2014. The first planting is this Dec. 1 in Kings Highway.
"We're raising money to help cover the supplies to plant the trees, which were secured via grants and partnerships," said Stolarski.
A $20 cash donation will get you beer samples from Four Corners, Franconia, Breckenridge, and Harpoon and the opportunity to watch some folks sing off key to your favorite karaoke jams. The event starts at 6 p.m. and wraps up around 9 in the upstairs pub.
