Dear Community Groups, Local Businesses, Companies and Non-Profit Organizations:

Thank you so much for your continued support of KSC and our annual Pre-Concert Festival. This is the fifth year that DSO returns to Kidd Springs Park as part of their community concert series, and it’ll be our fourth year to hold the pre-concert festival (although last year’s was rained out). Nothing shows support for our DSO like bringing out the masses for this annual concert. The concert on Wednesday, June 5 starts at 8 p.m., and the pre-concert festival will start at 6 p.m. If it rains, the concert moves inside to the newly-renovated Kidd Springs Recreation Center.

We would GLADLY welcome your participation this year as a sponsor or a participating vendor. Please see the attached form that details the various ways you can participate. The day of the pre-concert festival and the DSO concert is set for June 5, starting at 6 p.m. In the event of rain, we will accommodate the vendors in the Recreation Center. The DSO will move indoors and provide the concert from the gym. The park is located at 711 West Canty Street.

Your ongoing support helps us accomplish our goal of making the concert bigger and better – truly a community-wide event for us – every year.
