On Feb. 2, Kidd Springs Park turns BYOB — Bring Your Own Bait!

Starting at 9 a.m., Kidd Springs Recreation Center will house a rainbow trout family fising contest. The event includes a youth tournament with a $5 registration fee, door prizes, and a free fishing basics class. 

It's the perfect day to make a family memory, and professional photographers will be there to catch a snap of your kid's catch of the day.

Kidd Springs Recreation Center is located at 711 W. Canty Street.
