Dallas City Hall, as well as Dallas Public Library branches, will close Monday in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Oak Cliff public library branches, including the Hampton-Illinois branch and the North Oak Cliff branch, will reopen with regular hours on Tuesday, Jan. 22. Dallas City Hall will resume regular hours on Tuesday, too.
