Faith Family Academy Oak Cliff is Proud to Announce New Secondary Grades Leadership Team for the 2023-2024 School Year. The announcements are as follows: 

• Melissa Rincon is the newly appointed High School Principal. Ms. Rincon comes from Fort Worth ISD where she has served in many roles since 2007. She is a doctoral candidate at TCU, has a master's degree from Tarleton State University, and a bachelor's degree from UT Arlington.


• Dr. Kellye Kirkpatrick is the new Middle School Principal. She joined FFA last year as Middle School Dean, also coming from Fort Worth ISD. She has been an educator for 21 years and has held various leadership positions. She has a doctorate from UT Austin, a master’s degree from TCU, and a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.


• Jake Smith will continue in his role as High School Dean. Mr. Smith is starting his third year with FFA and has been in education for 12 years. He holds a bachelor's degree from Texas State and a master's degree in educational leadership from Lamar University.


• Wendy Dansby, previously at our Waxahachie campus, is the new Middle School Dean. She is beginning her 5th year with FFA and has been in education for 23 years. She has a master's degree from Dallas Baptist University and a bachelor’s from California State University.


• Juan Castaneda is starting his second year as a Secondary Discipline Dean at FFA. Mr. Castaneda has 33 years of education experience, 14 of those years as a principal. He has his bachelor's and master's degree from Angelo State University and is Superintendent Certified.


• Rayneta Dotson is our new Discipline Dean. She comes to us from FWISD with ten years of K-12 education experience. Ms. Dotson is a proud alumna of Texas Wesleyan University (B.S) and Lamar University (M. Ed).
