If you've missed Urban Street Bazaar since the last Bishop Arts District handmade fair back in October 2010, you're in luck. Julie McCullough Kim, the brains and brawn behind Indie Genius at Seventh and Zang Boulevard and Make and Made in the Bishop Arts District is bringing the bazaar back to the Bishop Arts District on April 14.

The Bazaar, which starts at noon April 14 and runs until 5 p.m. April 15, will feature handmade, vintage, and fair trade wares from crafters all over North Texas. Some of the makers at the 11th bazaar included vendors such as Threads by Sutecchi, Urban Spools, House of Smash, and several other makers and crafters from Dallas and Denton and all points in between.

Expect plenty of fun and lots of cool clothes, accessories, and home decor.

If you're planning on going, make sure to stop by one of the many restaurants and merchants in the Bishop Arts District, as several have planned specials and sales for the weekend. And if you can't find a place to park in the district, there's room at Zang and Eighth Street for overflow.
